To top it all, our rail connectivi- ty enables seamless container movement to and from port, even during periods of strike, traffic hold-ups at port, strikes, port restrictions due to natural calamities like cyclones, rain-storms etc.
Our range of services includes transportation between the port and our facility with safe storage and efficient handling of your cargo, followed by hassle-free de-stuffing of import cargoes if required. Moreover, our skilled team carefully sort and store the cargo. We ensure prompt delivery to customers and provide regular updates on the progress of each activity to keep the client in the loop. Security of cargo is of paramount impor- tance; all our facilities boast of high security enabled by closed-circuit television and hand-held communicators.
For exports, we offer handling and stuffing facilities, storage options, handling and consol- idation of export cargo, and value-added services like sorting, barcoding, shrink wrapping, and palletizing. We also provide EDI linkage for custom clearance. To complete the export cycle, we connect export stuffed containers from our facility to the port. We are also pro- viding the much widely used factory stuffing service for our customers wherein our trucks place empty containers at customer premises for stuffing and self-sealing before bringing it back to our facility for further processing.

All our facility are fully geared to provide MNR and Empty depot services to our business partners , the shipping lines. Based on the requirement of the shipping line, we subject each container to meticulous inspection and survey, followed by effecting repairs as necessary and approved by the line. Additionally, we carefully wash and clean the containers, thor-oughly removing all debris, old labelling, and cargo remnants to prepare them for the next cargo operation. The repair and maintenance infrastructure at our facilities is best in class and the quality of repairs meets the most stringent of interna-tional standards.
There are dedicated exclusive cleaning bays for cleaning of Chemical tanks, road tankers & food grade ISO tanks. The facility is carefully planned, run by competent workforce and using fully automatic ISO tank container cleaning system with advanced German technology from widener, Our facility is one of the best tank cleaning facilities in the country with the sole aim to provide quicker turnaround services with world-class quality standards.

The facility follows stringent envi- ronment protection norms duly approved by pollution control board. Zealand Port and Terminals is a state-of-the-art, ‘one-stop-shop’ for all tank container & road tanker cleaning, testing & repair solutions.
Zealand is capable of cleaning all types of tank containers and road tankers. The cleaning is executed, using programmable sequence, depending on the task set based on information of last cargo carried. The cleaning sequence is fully com- puterized & is controlled from control panels located at respective washing bays. The tank interior cleaning is designed for hard operations and reduces cleaning time, as compared to the conventional cleaning, drastically. No entry is required to be made into the tank container & road tanker, after the completion of the cleaning cycle. Equipment & piping network is made of stainless steel to avoid damage to the shell of tank container & road tanker. These equipment are operated by a trained and experienced team of workers who are guided by engineers at every step. The facility has separate fully automated washing bays for road tankers. It has an exclusive, fully automated, ISO 22000 compliant food-grade tank container, chemical tank & road tanker washing bay.
Zealand has expertise and calibrated equipment, to undertake leak & periodic testing for all types of tank containers and steam heating tubes. All tank container testing activities are witnessed by the line & class surveyor, respectively.
Leak test is carried out for every tank container on completion of cleaning & repairs. It is also carried out before delivery of tank for the next cargo depending upon any such special shippers’ requirements
